Untangle products are digital downloads (PDF files) delivered instantly by email and on-screen link after purchase. Because there is no physical product, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the traditional sense.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every journal and guide we sell. If you purchase a Main Journal or Complete Bundle and, after working through it for up to 30 days from your purchase date, you feel it hasn't helped — email us at 02readyou@gmail.com and we will refund 100% of your purchase, no questions asked. You are welcome to keep the PDF files.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email 02readyou@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
2. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund. Because access is instant, we're unable to offer refunds for "accidental purchases" reported after the file has already been downloaded and more than 30 days have passed.
